Can you do 1W4L exercises at home? It’s a great question.

Perhaps someday there will be a “1 Workout 4 Life” Home Edition, but for now it hasn’t formulated. I get it, though. After going through the Covid-19 crisis, this idea is probably closer to happening. As for everyday life, I understand that window opportunities such as your lunch time or your kid(s)’ “nap time” can be a great time to get a sweat in (and you can’t leave your child and go to the gym).

There are other reasons – for both men and women – that making it to the gym seems like an impossible task. If you can possibly make it to the gym, I recommend you do so. If there’s absolutely no way you can’t, I understand, and I hope you are able to implement a fitness routine into your busy life somehow. At this time, that isn’t the product that “1 Workout 4 Life” can provide or that God has revealed to me to create, yet. Maybe in the future. We will see.
